Challenge

The book cover was already designed by an outside designer we couldn't contact. With no source files or brand guidelines, I had 4 days to reverse-engineer the visual system and design a complete influencer campaign experience: the physical box packaging, interior materials, sticker concepts (collaborating with copywriters and creative director), exclusive chapter cover, digital ads, and social assets. I matched the typography, recreated the illustration style, and scaled the bold green aesthetic across 100+ physical kits and multiple digital touchpoints.

Results.

The bold design system achieved its goal: influencers genuinely wanted to share it. The campaign generated organic unboxing content (including videos with 2K+ views) and social posts from recipients, creating authentic social proof that contributed to "Million Dollar Weekend" reaching NYT bestseller status. The integrated experience—physical packaging, exclusive "Lost Chapter" cover, stickers, and digital assets—proved that designing for shareability could drive measurable impact.
